Summer Lunch
Today we had our summer lunch, the weather was very warm, luckily there was shade from a large oak tree,a breeze and three gazebos so it was perfect. Simon Braid joined us also Tony, the local community police lady, she arrived looking very hot as she had biked from Tonbridge.
We started with a fruit punch, crips and dips then coronation chicken, new potatoes and cucumber salad, followed by a wonderful selection of puddings made by the helpers
then tea and coffees before we walked round the garden, talked to the pigs
Next meeting is August 23rd, we will be seeing some polo and learning about the sport, meeting the ponies, so long as the weather is ok
